Requires: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or public administration or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. Ideal candidate has at least 3 years progressive public administration experience, with municipal experience preferred. Ideal candidate will function as a servant/leader who clearly understands the difference between leading and managing people to accomplish results. Must be an articulate, creative person who values public service. Reports directly to the City Council. $2.7M total annual budget, 11 FTE’s.
