The Neal Kwong Youth Citizenship Award

In Memory of Neal Kwong

Neal Kwong was a Falcon Heights resident who died of carbon monoxide poisoning at the age of fifteen. He was a volunteer in our Parks and Recreation Junior Leaders Program, an Eagle Scout, and a great young citizen. In his memory, the City established this annual award to recognize people between the ages of 12 and 19 who display outstanding leadership, volunteerism, or citizenship in this community.
