Who Can Participate?
This cleanup event is for residents of Falcon Heights and the sponsoring neighborhoods of St. Paul.
Information flyers have been mailed to eligible residents. IMPORTANT! The form on the back of your flyer with the mailing label is your entrance voucher. Bring it with you on September 25. (The voucher identifies you as a resident of the cleanup area; you must still pay the gate fee.)
You may be asked for proof of residency if you do not present the entrance voucher form with the mailing label intact.
Older (60+) and Disabled Neighbors:
For free pick-up on the day of the cleanup, call Noreen at the St. Paul Senior Chore Service by Friday, September 10, 2010, 651-649-5984. For other questions, call 651-649-5992.
VOLUNTEERS! We Need You!
The Neighborhood Clean-Up can't happen without lots of help from volunteers. It's a great way to help out your community and make new friends. AND you can drop off a load of your old stuff without paying the gate fee! Sign up to help at the Breakfast Shift, 7:30 to 10:30, or the Lunch Shift, 10:15 to 1:15 – or stick around all day, if you like.
To sign up, please contact at the St. Anthony Park Community Council, 651-649-5992.
TRUCK OWNERS NEEDED!
To help older and disabled neighbors with Cleanup pick-up and leaf pick-up. Minimal time commitment. Choose your own areas. Youth will help load and unload.
Please call Noreen at the St. Paul Senior Chore Service (651-649-5984) to sign up. Thank you.

Some Helpful Hints and "Rules of the Road" for the cleanup:
- Use the map above to help you load your vehicle in the opposite of the order it will be unloaded (i.e. put demoliton on top and mixed metals on the bottom, and so on).
- All vehicles will be directed to follow the traffic pattern indicated on the map. For the safety of all, please do not cross over lanes.
- You MUST be a resident of Falcon Heights, Como Park, District 11, District 13 or St. Anthony Park to bring materials to this cleanup. You will be asked for proof of residency if you do not present the entrance voucher form with the mailing label intact; you may experience delays.
- You must bring the entrance voucher form (on the printed flyer) with you and have it filled out before you reach the entrance.
- The fees will be assessed, tallied and accepted by a person at the entrance gate. Make checks payable to the Hamline Midway Coalition.
- Volunteers will be on site to help you unload your vehicles. Do not walk inside any dumpsters or throw anything over the sides of dumpsters, unless the door is closed.
- Separate for recycling as much as you can. General refuse in St. Paul is either landfilled or burned for fuel!
